Keep in mind that in that 2yrs there could be a huge list of other things that are being worked on just not ready for release. Small team small progress. Keep in mind Coffee Stain is only the publisher or money man.

Damn, several years? I was hoping the new recruits to the company would speed things up :D Theres only two biomes to go,right? Last one took 9 months to make. So i figured a year n a half and it will be out, with the new colleagues helping and adding things like missions on the side, while the biomes are being worked on. Maby theres plans to rework existing biomes tho. That could take more time...

It's three biomes if you include the ocean, and many people say the plains is lacking compared to the other biomes that got a rework, and they may decide to add more features in addition to difficulty settings and the upcoming makeover NPC. Not to mention that it's a given that things always take longer than you think they will.

lets also not forget that biomes aren't what make this a full game.

they have lots of things they're working on other than just biomes, i personally want them to add minigames for us to play during storms.

Like a win would mean a tiny bonus in health regeneration for the next day or few minutes, and a lose would mean a tiny malus, because the character is superstitious.

The old biomes got a rework? What did they add? To the meadows for example?

Spawning rates, ambiant sounds or music, raven, fish, have changed over the uodates.

Nothing new for meadows or black forest, unless you count other updates that changed everything like H&H. Swamp got the abomination along with the root armor set. Mountains got the frost caves and the fenris armor set. The plains did get tar pits and dark wood building pieces, but it's still missing a dungeon and a secondary armor. Every biome other than the plains has two armor sets. Every biome other than the plains and meadows has a dungeon. I doubt they will add a dungeon to the meadows since it's the starter area, but who knows?

Eh? Who are you stealing from, the Dvergr (of which you only meet one until the Mistlands)? Or are you looking for a stealth/rogue game in this brutal survival crafting exploration game? Sounds like you want to play a different type of game with a lot more NPCs or other players that you can rip off.

I actually do hope they add NPCs like followers to the game. Idk if it fits the original vision tho.
