Worth a Solo Buy?
Hey everyone ive had my eyes on this game for a little while now. I'm mainly a solo player and really only have a couple hours on weekends to chill and game and have a couple of drinks. I've looked at reviews and i don't see a lot from solo players and was wondering if anyone could tell me if this game is worth the $17 (steam sale) price for a solo player. Obviously games like this and The Forest, Minecraft etc are better with friends or a group.

i exclusively play solo, 500 hrs and still playing even after beating the game at least 5 times.

definitely ! im a solo player cuz lets face it i have no friends , but i do have 650+ hours in valheim, and im ok with that!

No. The game is very grindy, repeating itself in each biome and simple tools are hidden behind a artificial wall (boss).
In Mulitplayer at least you have the fun to share the experience with others. Alone i wouldn´t recommend it.

Absolutely worth it. I've only ever played solo - and intend to get to the end that way.

It's still a blast solo if you're into survival games. check some solo gameplay vids on youtube, IMO it's totally worth it.
Even with the little time you have to play it you might find a group of people in the same region and position as you only having weekends or a couple of hours to play, in my experience there's a lot of adults that play Valheim with little time to play

Yep, solo is a lot of fun. I have played both solo and in a small group. Different strategy and game play from my point of view. Recommended for both solo and group play.
