Have you ever had one of those moments, where an event or an action occurs that you thought was not possible? Perhaps something that you thought the game mechanics did not permit. Maybe it was something that you thought you saw, that you had never seen before, and haven't seen since.

Recently for me, it was while trying to kill a Greydwarf with my bow, way off in the distance halfway up a mountainside. I aimed my reticle fairly high over my target and shot. As the arrow was sailing through the air, a deathsquito from the plain at the bottom of the mountainside flew up in the air, right into the path of the arrow. My arrow appeared to kill the deathsquito, then carry onwards and also kill the Greydwarf. For a few seconds, as I ran towards my kills, I half expected the Greydwarf to come flailing down the mountain towards me. Thinking that because I had never seen a single arrow kill 2 creatures, it was not possible, and what I thought I just saw, didn't happen, wasn't possible.

I'm not talking about glitches or exploits but I'd really be interested in reading about similar type events others have experienced. Perhaps it is something funny, in that after playing the game for a long time, you learned a game command or action for the first time.
