Hate to break it to you, but a new viking's life is hard. You should completely master the current biome and all it has to offer before wandering into the next. The good news is later, with some work and upgrades, you can come back and make trolls your b*tch and do mining and tree removal for you. When I need core wood, I'm hoping there are trolls around to help with the manual labor.

I had installed in a comfty routine, exploiting Blackforest around one of my bases for ig weeks, upgrading my bronze gear, and rising all my skills up to the 30-ish (chopping to 40-ish, stealth to 60-ish + 15).

Then I decided I was ready to go explore the Swamps in troll armour and bronze weapons (flint spear, wood arrows).

I'll rebuild my skills when I'll be comfortable with the Swamps and before I go explore the Mountains.

dont get frustrated and take the game step by step
you have all the time you need

dont venture in other biomes unless you have equipped yourself and trained a bit
make your first steps into a new biome and check out the enviroment and enemys

Kind of, yes. But it's very often a valid response. A lot of the times when someone says "This is unfair, this is impossible" etc., it's really just a lack of preparedness or capability of the user.

I've seen more than my fair share of users complain that something is impossible, only to show them undeniable evidence that it is, indeed, incredibly possible, and often with very little effort.

Ah yes there is that cheese

You start the game with the ability to take 0 damage from trolls' slow attacks via dodge rolls. So yes, it's a skill issue.

you can avoid them for the most part(I try), but I am not sure the dev's are entirely enthused with that idea. Only one I deal with is the delivery buffet from EK.
