DoF (depth of field) has bugged out when it comes to the sky since latest update.
Just turn it off in graphics settings until they fix it.

also noticed it but wasnt sure if I was remembereing right

i will look soon..but normally the sky n stars are out of focus momentarily and if you keep looking without moving they become sharp and clera..(all from memory btw) so will check now: edit to come

probably depth of field, but then again this game has always been pretty blurry, i recommend using nvidia gamefilter: sharpen
