The number of threads that I see from people with 30X0 cards (in all games) complaining about bad performance is starting to make me wonder if these cards are somehow bugged.

I've run this game on a 2070m and a 3080ti. I have to turn down the resolution to 1080p on the 2070 but it runs fantastically in 4k on the 3080. You may have something else going on.
