Mushroom/thistle spawnpoint removal
Is there a way to remove the spawnpoints of things like mushrooms or Thistle? I have a mod that allows me to plant these among others, and I planted about 25 or so right outside my house, but I'm finding them currently an eyesore, and would like to move them some place more appropriate. for a non-mod example: when making paths through the lands, I'll often end up with mushrooms regrowing along the path at later times while traveling over them. Is there a way to remove these spawnpoints from spawning more in the future?

There's at least one building mod with a 'delete every entity within X feet' type command. Handle with caution.

If you're using Plant Everything use middle mouse with the Cultivator equipped.
You should hear the deconstruction noise. Those thistles really hurt your eyes, huh.
I'll look into doing this when I hop on valheim later; I wonder if this can also be used on non-placed spawns to remove like, flint and stone spawns...

Perhaps a spawn control mod could be used to make these items non-renewable. It would probably apply globally, rather than in specific spots, but would solve your problem.

Stone flooring will cover them.
I kind of like that they can't be destroyed... some things you might think you have enough of may end up in short supply later due to new recipes.
had a stone floor in the basement of a fort in black forest (The basement was built a good deal of time after the base , was surprised it worked) Had a single thistle that would always spawn between the cracks. no mods.

@Andminus - I play vanilla only. Raising or lowering the ground hasn't worked for me yet. I have several places where dandelions grow through my floor, or a branch spawns into my house and so on. I even get seagulls flying through my house walls.
I guess all this is fixable but I assume it is considered more of a polish type thing that will/may occur much closer to release.
I have had variable results raising and lowering the ground to get rid of 'stuff'. I regularly fix up the assorted abandoned cabins and getting rid of the vine growth is a crap shoot. I've taken to integrating it into the remodel design :-)

I have mushrooms growing in my home. I’ve tried editing the terrain and cultivating it. Nothing seems to stop them. Let us know if you find anything.

I have a 2m x 2m floor tile between my hearth and my bed on which a branch spawns every couple of days. Free wood!
I don't use any mods and your situation is an example of why. The modder figured out how to change the properties of mushrooms and thistle to enable them to be planted. The modder did not examine the algorithm for carrots or turnips to determine what prevents the planted versions from spontaneously respawning.
Like many a quick fix, undesirable consequences have arisen. So you replaced one problem (scarcity of a resource) with another (overabundance of a resource). As the saying goes, you pays your money and you takes your chances.

I'm the opposite. I really wish flattening terrain removed the spawn points for things like branches, flints, plants and rocks. Maybe for branches it could be based on taking down the nearby trees idk. I'm not worried about running out of anything really, given how massive the map is. But I'm soloing so maybe it's a bigger deal on accessible servers.

I'm referring to the the individual items that respawn after a few days, once picked. Another example is a piece of flint that keeps spawning on my wood floor of my Dock.
Perhaps if I raise the ground where the objects are spawning?
