Campfire

Why is my campfire turn on and off by itself even though there's plenty of fuel on it?
Is it because of some building part that I place around the Campfire that caused it to turn on and off, like not enough space for it to lit all the time?

Like Dialtone said, this is most likely due to the smoke the campfire creates. When indoors you need to vent out the smoke as not only will it make the fire start and stop, but you will be damaged by smoke inhalation and your character can die from it.

There are plenty of videos with examples of how to make chimneys and vents on Youtube, I suggest checking them out.

My first guess would be that you are close to the shore and near water level. The rising and falling of the water causes your campfire to be put out when the water rises and then it comes back on when the water falls.

It's probably choking from smoke. In one of your screen shots I see that smoke is going into the house. You need to set your chimney up so that all of the smoke goes outside, try putting a square made of half walls near the ceiling instead of the floor, or do both floor and ceiling. Basically tinker with it to get it how you like, but with all the smoke going outside.
