Found a good early - mid game map type in seed: miningland (all one word, all lower case) Found 2 Eikthir spawns on the main island, Elder is on a seperate island not too far north west of start island, with the trader about 200 feet away from elder altar. The entire western coast of second boss island has a swamp in it with about 6 crypts. Not a bad seed for a fresh start.

My first map seems a good luck of the draw... well kinda, i just inserted the name me and my mates have for the charger in Left 4 Dead 2

Apparently you want a starting island with a mountain, and the blackforest, maybe a swamp. You then wanna build IN the meadows, but closeish to the blackforest and mountain. Apparently thats the best you can hope for.

well to me, the best is between plans and meadows right on the ocean since you can grow almost anything in plans.

the seed i started out on and i find great, a land of plenty (will say have not tryed others). only cores took a little to get, (the closest black forest N and NE) only had enough for one smelter and kiln (4 crypts) ton of copper and few trolls thou. main land mass is big with a few rivers dissecting it, with mountains not too far away, and a tiny swamp (pretty safe). trader on the Eastern coast just above the swamp, and across from the island with Elder. SE of Elder following the coast is a big swamp (first crypt there i hauled little over 90 iron out. and there are more crypts there. maybe something hope it helps
edit: ohh and when sailing mapping the coast or just going to the big swamp. i very often come across krakens 2-3 pr journey and so far always 2 nearly side by side. will say have only seen serpent once in 170 days

your welcome know there are seeds with all bosses fairly close to spawn too, try looking up valheim Helloworld on google if thats what your looking for

Is our seed and everything was accessible on foot and also more or less on a straight ocean line for transport.

My gf's seed is LunATunA and the trader is on the main island on the east side. Also has all the biomes too!

Which is great if you don't want to look around alot for the bosses since they are all very close. It also has a merchant near southwest.

The seed using my name is pretty ridiculous. You start on a tiny island and can choose to swim to one of two major islands. One has a giant meadow you can start building in, as well as some dark forest and mountain. The other doesn't have as much meadow, but it has all biomes (although the plains is rather tiny). It also has every single boss in the game on it besides Yagluth, as well as a really nice natural harbor if you care about that. Lastly, the trader is on a neighbouring island (which also has all the biomes).

Random one that I came up with when looking for a world that had a large Meadows that was also connected to a nearby Merchant by land. This one is great!

Will be my second game. Spent 16 hours trying to find the Merchant of my first world and finally went to the site to look it up. I never would have found it, all of them were super far away! Seeing that I figured it would actually be nice to start a game having a general idea of where the Merchant is and the lay of the land, but leave it at that glimpse.
