Wow, not everyone has ocean in the middle of a swamp location ( 4350,2060 ) :)

Bonemass, Yagluth, Moder, and of course Eikthyr all on the starter mainland w/ a tiny bit of swimming. Elder SUPER close to spawn with just a short swim (or raft trip) accross the narrowest of channels.

Bonemass, Yagluth and Elder are so close to each other I wonder if you could get them to fight each other?

when i said coast i mean on an island apparently, a river circles the entire spawn just about
