Arrows in the air, melee on the ground. No reason to drag the fight out, even as a solo player. My rotation- fire arrow, poison arrow, fire arrow, poison arrow, repeat while in the air for the dots. When she lands go melee and time your rolls on her attacks. Assume you're rested and using stamina and health mead, but always secure a near portal. Good luck.

a good way to also help with the moder fight is to build up natural walls from the ground up, they can take any of moders dangerious attacks with ease and help out the fight majorly

here's the rub: the more folks you have on the map, the harder she's gonna be to kill.

She's super weak now and barely attacks, although of course she's a quick kill on the ground melee and with good gear. IMO arrow fights with moder are long and hard and pointless - always were.

One thing about moder specifically is that if you are WET when you go there, even with frost resist armor or potion, you will take deadly amounts of damage from the ice attacks.

Other than that, its a choice of kiting and shooting for a good hour or using bonemass power and melee her. Not sure what best melee weapon you would have for her is, but you can wiki that part.
Try obsidian arrows as your go-to. Fire does extra damage but the base is low on those, they are meadows gear after all.

I don't think anything changed here. Its a tough fight if you don't have any next level gear (its possible to get needle arrows at the very least).

If you have wolf cape, or lox cape, or wolf chest piece, you don't need frost resist mead. It keeps you warm. If you don't have frost resist I wonder what kind of armor you are wearing.

I ran out of frost mead doing corpse runs fighting Moder, too. Sorry I didn't plan on dying that many times.

i wear wolf armor of course. the thing is how do i get my stuff back when i die? so i drink mead and run up the hills to get my armor back..

It pays to place a nearby portal when doing boss fights, whether you think you might need it or not.
