Thats what i been telling myself since last year.

The game is exactly the same as it was before, but now you have more building items and tar pits to get the materials in the plains. Oh and root armor.

They were polishing the game after release, so Hearth and Home didn't come out for a while, and it was intended to be a mini-update more than a full content release.

I don't think theres been anything huge yet, but theres another good sized update planned for I think February? Or at maybe it was just early 2022?
Either way, they released something called the "Hearth and Home update" if you wanted to go read up on what that added.

Food system has been tweaked. More food items plus most food now either favors stamina or health.

More construction items.

New enemy, Abominations. The swamps answer to trolls.

Root armor. Couple of its pieces have a resistance weakness trade-off. Full set gives bonus to bow.

In all, nothing big. Next update promises mountain caves.

Don't forget about the new enemies in the Plains, the "Growths".
