that is a bug/feature of the mod. If you die with a full inventory and those added armor slots full, then your armor is deleted. I have the mod as well and its happened to me a few times. I just chalk it up as the price for having a few extra slots. I try to be careful not to fill my inventory, especially in dangerous areas due to that.

Not a game issue, a mod issue. report it to the makers of the mod

They have an updated version that fixes it. It does not come up as an available update in Vortex.

woah, I use that mod too but fortunately have not died yet with that character. I'd spawn them in just like you did if I lost them. thanks for this post, I didn't know about this issue. price of playing mods I guess

There you go. I tried this mod at some point but ran into similar quirks where items in special slots would sometimes disappear.

I'm playing vanilla and had the opposite happen. Got killed just as a world save happened. I repsawned with all my gear and stuff and when I got to my corpse there was a duplicate set of gear that said it was created by my character.

Interesting race condition. Characters and worlds are saved independently in different files at different frequencies so not unsurprising that these can happen.

I once lost a full troll-skin outfit and that was just on a suit-stand! It's the only time I lost anything though.
