I've been using valhost for about 4-5 months now without issue, I switched from gportal. I like it a lot, the interface is much better. Has automatic backups, but it is very easy to do manual backups, download/upload world files/etc. Seems like it is easy to run mods on your server as well, but I haven't messed with that yet.
