Can I import my save from another pc?
I recently got a new pc. Is there a way I can import my game from my old one?

P.S. The Valheim start screen has a button on the lower left corner that takes you to the worlds folder, where you can quickly and easily back up your game files before starting a new session.

Thanks for the info but I have no idea where this file is on my laptop. I opened the game and found the name of the character I login with and put that in the file you pasted. Nothing came up. I searched the Users file on my hard drive and cant find anything. Didnt find anything in the steam files either for Valheim. You can. replace "YOURLOGONNAME" with what you used as your logon user on your old PC
Locate "C:\Users\YOURLOGONNAME\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate\Valheim\worlds" and there will be 2 files - a .db and a .fwl file. Copy these to the same folder on your new pc (launch the game first as I am unsure if this path is created at installation or post launch of the game itself)
Once copied, launch the game as play as you did beforehand.

Also don't rename any world files, Valheim doesn't deal well with that.

Well what great timing I didn’t even have to ask this question considering my computer caught on fire last night.
