1. When it leaves EA or not is inconsequential. As long as the devs are progressing(which they are even if some feel the pace should be different(or not), and you can play the game/enjoy playing the game, that is all that is important for you at this stage.

If you are unhappy with play, you can either mod or shelve the game until it matches your interests again or shelve indefinitely.

Those are your only choices.

Devs dictate things and until you see news from them on that or any other subject, then you simply have to accept what is currently going on.

2. Regarding your worth it question, it basically falls under the same answers with point 1's.

Backseat/side seat moderating concerns aside, the trend on the valheim forums here is that questions that have been asked and answered many times, questions questioning the pace of development (and to an extent tending to involving disparaging of devs directly or indirectly from that) and similar things are met with a more proactive response that usually ends up with such threads being locked etc.

That isn't to say this thread necessarily warrants it yet but these threads do tend to quickly devolve into lock/removal worthy ones. I think critical scrutiny can be healthy but at the end of the day, its ability to affect change here is probably not at the level of what most feel entitled to expect.

1. February 2, 2012 was when valheim started. That means its not been 2 years. I'd not exactly be wagging your finger at someone else thus when it comes to math...

There have been multiple updates to the game since it started, though subjectively, you seem to be not wanting to claim those to be anything major since that wouldn't fit your narrative and that's fine, but given the context of everything you've stated, it does make for compelling evidence that people who take what you're stating with a grain of salt due, probably.

The game coming out of early access is too arbitrary to say on when it will happen. The only thing Early Access denotes is that the product is unfinished. In the case of Valheim, we have placeholders for stuff. So it can't release out of early access until those things are addressed in at least one major update.

If we approach this from a cynical outlook, early access is often used for a double release window in a game's lifetime. You can release your game twice on Steam from a marketing perspective. This is usually done at opportune times to capitalise on rejuvenating sales.

As the DEVs said, Valheim will get 10 Bosses. Until now there are 5 Bosses. The next update will bring the sixth one. I guess Valheim leave early access when the tenth biome with boss is released, not earlier. The target was 4 updates per year. But the last ones took a lot more time than expected. 3-5 years sound realistic, like Shaft said.

No, it's just something that gets asked a lot and the mods have a locked thread that they move all instances of it to.
