Aye, hope the fix that issue. Spoils immersion. My pet hate right now with the gulls is how they increasingly just vanish *POOF* just before your arrow ploughs into the empty space it occupied just a micro-second before.

It doesn't bother me. I kind of like it.
It reminds me of the swallows that nest in our old barn and even the car port every summer. You had to quickly duck sometimes as they zipped in low and out.
Only if these gulls were pooping on me or my furniture, then I'd be bothered ;)

Vertical fish are their natural born enemies.

As they do in almost every other game made with the Unity engine. This explains the gulls too - Unity does a crap job of preventing clipping. I doubt the devs will be able to do anything about it.
