the mod found on nexus or thunderstore is called "multi craft". this is one of the big QOL upgrades that people have been asking after for a long time now.

Found one at T-store that seems to be your best bet.

No, you never get to cook more then 1 soup per time.

You can create more cooking equipment to cook faster, but you can not cook in batches. Just monitor what is cooking before it burns.

Yeah I would recommend a large cooking station. Put down like 10 fires and place the cooking spits above the fires. Cook all your food at once, just remember the timing, and keep an ear out for the sound when it's done cooking
