I've tamed me some nice wolves. I transported them to my Booty Bay Base and put them in a pen. This was the worst thing I could've done. They howl nonstop. And when I say non stop I mean 24/7. I've got a nice boar farm whose sound i can tolerate, but he howling of the wolves is madness on a whole new level. 1 day after having the wolves in my base I decided to claim some more land and put them far, far away. All other work had to wait as those furry bastards literally drove me insane.

So, 150 / 200 meters away from my base i made a big pen for them to cry in, only to realize their howling has maddening range.

As a rimwold player I'm used to operate on people and animals alike. I'd like to be able to make a silver scalpel and remove the vocal chords of those pesky wolves.
If that makes your stomach turn, perhaps a soundproof bubble (sort of like the bubble of the trader) that mutes all sounds inside it's range.

Frankly, this is the only annoying remark I got about the game. Never expected the wolves to give me genocidal tendencies. I need a Viking psychologist after this whole wolf ordeal.
