Most mods are available everywhere, a few are exclusive to one site or the other due to interpersonal programmer drama, but every manager has manual import options or you can just manage installs by hand. I went with Thunderstore because Nexus' Vortex manager has a corporate nightmare UI.

AntiSlipShoes
BeastsOfBurden
BetterLadders
BiggerBoatMapExploreRadius
BlastFurnaceAllOres
CraftingWithContainers
CraftyCartsRemake
CustomGraphicsSettings
Fall_Damage_For_Creatures
FermenterPercentage
FloatingItems
InstantMonsterLootDrop
InteractWhileBuilding
Item_Stand_All_Items
PlantEverything
SlopeCombatFix
SwapWeaponsOnTheRun
TeleportWolves
TorchesEternal
UseEquipmentInWater
ValheimPerformanceOptimizations
WishboneSlot

Names are mostly self explanatory I think.

Dedicated_server_devcommands might be handy depending on your multiplayer setup. As a server admin it's also important to know that it exists.

Currently experimenting with ExhaustionPlus to remove the three second pause between taking any action and starting to regenerate stamina, but it's difficult to find settings that aren't effectively a free movement cheat mode.

For the specific thing you wish to fix:

Custom_Raids

This pastebin is the stuff we use. No issue. We tweak some configs to be more to our liking. Most available on NexusMods, but some are only available via thunderstore.io Regardless I've included links & dependencies for every one.

No issues so far, beyond the occasional weird behaviour in multiplayer where different mods are installed on each end. Not relying on that though, one of the first mods I set up was BetterServerConfig which keeps dozens of layers of automated backups. Most mods have either worked as normal after updates or just been entirely disabled - I try to avoid things that add new items and entities or require server side installation.

Given that the vanilla game plus Steam cloud seems to have a regular habit of nuking people's progress anyway I figured there wasn't much risk to experimenting.

Better to wait modding once its possible through Workshop. At least then you know youll get nothing bad to your PC.

Do you use any mods? If so, has the mods ever caused you headaches with your worlds after new updates?
