Probably a mod.

In a lot of places, he has the video running at higher than normal speed to show the flattening. That's a common post-editing process for any content creators in any game.

In the places where he didn't do that, it has the same (short) delay for him as it does for me.

I remember being able to do it but I havent played since...well last year lol. so kinda forgot all the 'tricks' that i learned...and ever since mistland update, more valheim video popped up and finding the info that I want becomes really difficult since so many of these "tutorials" are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 10 mins long...even though the actual tutorial only takes couple of seconds to show....

That's why I hate (in general) YT videos for learning anything....people spend forever just to show you something that takes seconds to explain. All about getting views and making money for a lot of them, so they pad the videos

a few places a video is amazing. But in general a text guide with a still pic or two gets the same point across ten or more times faster. Video is the slowest, worst way to present most material.
