AMD USB problems persisting in Ryzen 7000 systems?

I'm currently spec'ing out a new gaming PC (with improved Valheim FPS in my giant city) and ran into some interesting opinions recently on AMD 7000 series systems. In particular, I was surprised to learn that the issue people saw back in 2021 on the older Ryzen 5000/B550 chips of intermittently losing USB connected devices still exists in the current generation of AMD boards - though to a much lesser degree following the AGESA patches AMD released.

My question to anyone with a current Ryzen 7000 system is if you experience this USB issue? Tell me if you don't as well.

I frankly would find it annoying to deal with an unresponsive keyboard or speaker, I would seriously dump AMD in favor of Intel if this USB issue still persisted after all this time. Thought I've been excited to see what the performance of Valheim would be on the new 7800X3D parts would look like and would thus be very disappointed if I could not use AMD parts.

Thanks in advance.

AHOC said that most (if not all) of the USB anomalies on Ryzen is because of Infinity Fabric instability. You may need to scale back your memory speed and loosen the timings.

I saw some while I had my CPU Undervolted to the limit (To the point where I was actually black screening rarely) and bumped the voltage back up a bit closer to stock. I think I've had one instance of a USB dropout since, and that very well could have been something else.
