According to recent video interview--linked somewhere on this forum, but I can't be bothered to go look for it now--the devs made Mistlands extra difficult on purpose and plan to adjust according to player feedback. They are probably more likely to see that feedback in the experimental forum though. Be specific about which part is bothering you so they know what to target.

Serious question here. What are you so angry about? If they don't put pickles on your burger at McDonalds do you rant and rave endlessly? Move on! I've spent a lot more money at restaurants and had bad meals or service and I don't stand outside it for months screaming at them to do better. I move on and try somewhere else next time. You've probably lost more in change in your couch than you spent on Valheim.

@Crimson I also wonder. I would guess they got more than their money's worth of play time from the game so far and yet such bitterness.

Especially given the game is in EA and anyone that plays a product in EA should know that often any major content drop can be incompatible with old saves and require a new game or a server wipe (in those only online games).

I always wonder by such toxic people don't just put the game down and wait for 1.0.

Yeah, Early Access is rough on those who have odd expectations about a game being polished and complete at all times. They're even trying it on the PUBLIC TEST SERVER for BETA -- not even in live release. Agreed, really don't understand why people play an EA game and have such weird expectations. If you're really uptight about issues then just wait for the full release, you may not have the patience or objectivity to handle an early access development cycle.

no its not a good solution. The game requires excessive resources to get the minimum of development. It is not enjoyable having to fight every 5 minutes with a horde of monsters in order to build a hut. I've played 200 hours of gameplay and it's not possible to continue without cheating and using creative mode

I've used a trainer for unlimited weight and I'm just now maxing my iron gear out. The swamp biome is terrible I couldn't imagine dragging a cart around there as heavy as the iron is. This game shouldn't have a weight limit. It's so much more enjoyable being able to just pile the iron in my inventory and just walk back with it.

As with all zones, I think you just need to learn how to play in it.

Seen broadbent playing briefly last night on yt, some mob 2 tapped the building he was in made of that new stone that new stone. At least theres some new stuff to figure out
