Hearth and Home weather
I realize I'm probably just focused on it because it has been so damn annoying, but it certainly seems like the weather in the seed I started for H&H is way more brutal than in my pre-H&H seed. Is weather affected by seed at all? This just seems like constant fogs and huge storms, sometimes multiple per day. I need my vitamin D dammit.

I was trying to build an ocean side base, after H&H, and waited several game days before a storm came by and let me gauge how high the waves would get.

I'm sort of convinced the weather is broken a little after H&H. I've been playing a few dozen hours now (with over 400 pre-H&H), and there are definitely a lot more storms. Maritime weather is weirder too. On two long voyages I've taken both times I had extended periods where the weather flipped between sunny and stormy over and over, with sunny periods lasting just 10-20 seconds and stormy periods lasting maybe a couple minutes. I was hugging coasts and its quite possible this was due to being close to biome boundaries. Still, very odd and somewhat immersion-breaking.
I'm a fan of in-game weather. I love the immersion it adds. What I'd like to see for Valheim is fewer thunderstorms/gales with high winds and huge seas, more cloudy days. cloudy days with soft rain, and misty/rainy days. Right now storms just seem too common and extended in duration and it actually gets quite annoying sometimes.

In a D&D game last year on Discord, I rolled three straight 1's on D20's. [sigh] Nearly got my warforged killed... [sigh]
So I think Valheim's weather is a lot like that. Sometimes, you'll get days worth of storms, then a week of sunshine. Of course, that's a bit of an exaggeration. I've been getting mostly rain since before H&H and after H&H. I even remarked two days ago to my two friends that Valheim is Raincouver 2.0. It rains a lot in Vancouver. ^_^

Yeah I don't disagree, it's easy to see trends where there aren't any, especially when you find something annoying. Consider this anecdotal and maybe other people will weigh in with impressions.

Yeah, it happens. I don't think the seed affects weather at all. It gets bad for a day or two then it's nice and sunny for a while.
