I have not modded on this game before. Where do you go to get mods?
Also, are there mods for mounts and perhaps allowing portal transport of metals etc. (Why the needless traveling grind anyways?)

firstly you should get vortex from nexusmods so that youll have automated updates for the software, bepindex and your mods
there is mounts in game already called Lox which you need saddle for and there is unrestricted portal mod
