With the latest two patches of the game, I am no longer able to use Steam Input (the controller configuration in Steam) to customise my gamepad controls to my liking. This is a big deal for me because I have accessibility problems, and these options helped me to play the game.

For the past week, I had been playing on 213.4, because Steam Input still worked at that point. However, now that it is two patches ago, I can no longer access it.

Is anybody else unable to use Steam Input? Have the devs intentionally removed the ability to customise your gamepad controls?
