I can vouch for Space Engineers and Subnautica as being great building/exploration games, although with Space Engineers you're going to need mods for the full experience. Don't let that throw you off though, it is Workshop enabled.

If you are looking for another "brutal survival" game, I recommend Kenshi. And you think Valheim doesn't hold your hand? Good luck. lol

As for Rising World it is 2nd to Landmark, but unfortunately it's a very very distant 2nd. I heard they're converting the game to the Unity engine some year and it's supposedly going to have better building mechanics with voxels.

For survival builders No Man's Sky, 7 Days to Die, Stranded Deep, Empyrion, Subnautica, Space Engineers, Conan Exiles and many others. I have thousands of hours in each of the above except for Stranded Deep, only recently started that game.
