Don`t know what problems people have with the bow, my aim is flawless as far as the arrow can fly. Sniping for max range is a 2-3 arrow affair, close range is 99%, just hold for circle to diminish, which also shows you an outward cone where the arrow will fly to. Max draw is pretty much low dispersion.
Definitely a skill issue, i believe the bow is the MEGA cheese game winner since u can sneak snipe creeps long before they see you outside.
Those drakes in the mountains, annoying, 2 shot affair with fire arrows, most times i go the hard way to shoot them on the move between attacks, target practice.
Or maybe it`s just me and i`m naturally surgical with the bow. Any bow.
Anything bellow full drawn, is lower accuracy, ofc, but faster rate of fire/less stamina.

Natural-born talent then I guess :) If I equip a finewood bow and choose a target further away while trying for like 10 times, the results will vary wheter I moved the mouse and hold it for the same amount of time or not (bow skill 82). It's small but on long distances like trying to snipe things at night from a platform above, it's quite annoying.

It really does take some getting used to, and the amount you are zoomed in really affects it a lot. I highly recommend always fully zooming in whenever shooting with the bow.

It drops a tiny little bit, and veers ever so slightly to the left. So aim just a tad up and to the right. It's worse trying to hit a moving target, believe me.

From my experiences bow aiming will gett better with higher skill and higher tier bows. You should be quite pleased with the one that will follow your current one, I'm always happy as soon as I will get it
It's intentional for the lower tier bows to be quite unprecise and random at times - especially for really long distances.

the first bow is .... not good.... with a finewood bow or better you won't have problems hitting birds anymore
