Valheim Expansion?
Is it fair to expect the Valheim Developers to create "New Content for FREE", when or IF they ever do return to work after making $26,000,000.00 for creating this great game. I know if it were me, I'd never work another day of my life!
But I'm wondering if they might someday create a "Valheim Expansion" to sell on Steam or wherever?
Some players are leaving now for lack of new content and more will follow, but would most likely return for an Expansion.
What do you think? Will there ever be an expansion? Would you buy one?

The big key to making this game desirable and playable over a long period of time would be to support modding, that'll make it live

OP, have some patience, the Hearth and Home update is due very soon. After that there's still more LARGE updates planned to be released

"when or IF they ever do return to work" They literally released an update today, the devs have been hard at work. Not only have they been giving status updates and teasers at minimum twice a month with regular patches, you can see they've been updating the non public side of the game files several times a week. So why make such a clearly false statement aside from trolling?

Well an expansion might happen in the far future, but as of the comming months and years they have a roadmap for future content that is easy to find.

2. Players will always leave sooner or later.
3. New content won't stop players from leaving once they finish that content.
4. Don't project your own ethics (or lack thereof) onto others. Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life. These devs seem to love making video games.

What do you mean by expansion? They have a roadmap of the content planned this year. It is an early access game, so quite a bit more content should be expected as long as people play the game. They have 4 more biomes to implement at the least which has been planned even before the game blew up. If youre meaning it as in like a bigger map or something im not sure though.
