I don't feel like I need such features... when playing on PC, with mouse and keyboard. But using a controller, whether you are playing on console, PC or Deck, that's a different story... Inventory management and virtually every aspect of the UI is very clunky with a controller. Both myself and my shield-siblings struggle with accidentally activating Forsaken power (down button) and efficiently alternating between different items in the hot bar (right and left buttons, up button equips or uses the item). Having to press RB twice at a crafting station and then spamming R3/RS to repair your dozen pieces of gear is a joke.

And this is how it's supposed to launch of Xbox? Okay, it's not like they need to go out of their way for this, they've already sold enough copies, but these days there exists many games with supremely done controller support, and taking a look at what other games offer in terms of UX is not wrong at all.

Here's a trick I learned recently. If you shift click to split a stack, you can specify a number by typing it on the numpad.

Easier than using the sliders.

i have a while back asked for a "take similar" button like the "take all" one but when you open a chest an im dreaming you click the "take similar" button it empties all similar items from your inventory and fills the chest with only them...

hold CTRL+left click i believe

Ctrl+click works only when you open the chest. Otherwise you will just drop items on the floor.
