underwhelming progress for this game
love the game but c'mon guys.. game sells a f**kton of copies and you use that as an excuse to slow down the game development progress, then starting focus on an underwhelming cosmetic content patch? As if there is no way that all that extra $$ would allow for both focusing on bugs 'and' keeping previously announced timeline? or possibly even expand it? stretch goals? early release games are already running shop like crowdsourcing so.. I'm going to try this strategy on a kickstarter campaign, it's very likely I'll reach lvl 15 stretch-goal with delivery timeframe dubbed "granite radon decay". That'll make everyone real happy..
Bottom-line, I feel with y'all slow release timeline haters out there.. you my peeps! This is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Please go check out what they're working on and do some research on how game development actually works before making threads like this. They're working on it. They can't just add content without doing it properly and that takes time. It's not like getting some cash means they can instantly change their team, magically make new content appear overnight, or increase how much they can accomplish instantly. Maybe they don't want to just add randoms to the development team just to churn out content faster for the impatient players who have no clue how game development actually works. I know I wouldn't.
Be patient. Give them time. This stuff takes years, not days.

But it has been years mate....The game was released on the 2nd feb this year. It hasn't even been a year yet.

i just got this thing so i cant complain, also if you compare this to say WOW (a small indi company..yea sure) then this thing is amazing haha.

I agree. Id rather wait for some quality updates than a bunch of garbage like the GTA "remake" fiasco. Please devs take your time and thanks for all you do!

Still better a game and with better progress then BF 2042. And with 1/100 developers 1/100000 of a starting budget.Better game than most AAA games that came out this year

After the Mistlands update I assume the updates should happen slightly faster. If it takes a year imbetween Mistlands and the next big update then I'll agree with you. If they are pushing out big updates every 6 months with small updates imbetween I will be more than happy.

Well, try hiring good developers.
Try it again with 10 million bucks.
You will notice, that it is not getting any easier.
Developers are a hard to find breed and they usually get2-5x the money, if they don't do games. So even less developers available on the market.
Long story short:
No amount of suprise money is gonna speed development up. They have a team, they can do x hours a day and if they are lucky they may find another person or two every few months.
Try it again with 10 million bucks.
