My server has loot drops all over the map. It's a basic server, no mods. I just emptied one of my local worlds of all items and hid them around my server map with an elevated character, then deleted that character. The entrance circle is full of items, and I replenish it daily.
First 2 bosses are done but we will wait to further progress.
