If you want to add recipes for the runestones you can, just go to the bottom of the recipes.json and add your own.

but dont forget Creature Level and Loot Control i only play with this mods

they are good mods, epic loot is op though, we set ours up so enemies only drop mats, bosses still drop gear but you must craft and enchant most your gear
