Yeah, try another crypt come back later on for the stuff it'll be there when you have better gear

F5, type devcommands
type devdebug I think or its debug tools
press k when you get close to the items, it'll kill everything in the area.

Sometimes, this game can get glitchy with the mistlands generation and I've had to noclip to get my items. If your new, and want to be able to have a safety net I think using the dev tools to get items back (especially if I had x item needed to progress). Use at your own discretion. To disable it just retype the commands above. Or not, and play fair and roll your way to the items.
