Gamepad controls make it impossible to move while map is open
When using keyboard+mouse, you can walk around while the map is open, which is quite useful when you want to orient yourself while you are in the middle of a long travel (or you are fleeing without any time to stop but have to quickly check where you are heading).
But this isn't possible when playing with a gamepad controller.
The thing is that it would be trivial to fix this if they just made it so the right joystick (the one that normally is used for moving the camera) was the one used to scroll the map, so the left joystick will continue being available for walking.
Currently, the right joystick does nothing while the map is open... and when you open it, it speeds up to one edge if you happened to be pressing the left joystick... it's very annoying that you need to make the conscious effort to completelly stop walking before opening the map.. specially when you have been playing with keyboard before, become used to be able to casually open the map while running but then forget that with a controller this is a problem....
It's a pity, because the controller bindings are pretty good otherwise (after some practice). But this one thing is spoiling it.
