Not 2 swords at once, in the latest update, 'The Mistlands', there is now a new dual wield weapon set....it's very late game content however.

There is one dual wield item in the Mistlands. Other than no, not to the best of my knowledge.

Specifically there is a fist weapon and a double dagger (I think its daggers?) set. The DW is tied to the weapon set, so you can't haul like frostner & porcupine around.

There‘s also the wolverine claws if you want to consider that as „daggers“.

The fenris claws are considered hand to hand in the skills list.
