Um.... I'm sorry, but it is SO easy to murder Deathsquitos. Wait for them to stop circling and charge in, hold up a decent shield of iron or black metal (serpent scales if you're lucky/skilled), and let them hit it. They'll stop for a moment, and then you can whack them once to kill them. They are only dangerous if you were already engaged with Fulings, or weren't paying attention.

Look, my dude, my DAD can handle these things, and he has to look at the movement keys on the board in order to strafe. You could order a mail-order bride from Timbuktu in the time it takes him to react. He thinks that LMAO is how french people laugh. If he can handle the plains and you can't, I simply don't know what to tell you except maybe to wake up and get out of bed.

The problem is that mistlands is way far from center of the map , only on pangea type seed can be explored by foot , them take a while to find by sailing

I understand the first frustation.
Honestly, i cursed also a lot about Deathsquitos at the beginning.
But after realizing how fragile they are, i can't complain anymore.

i agree here
valheim does not take ones hand when it comes to gameplay
it takes time and some deaths for a player to figure things out.
that what i like about valheim - it lets you make mistakes so you can learn about what went wrong

if you cant survive a biome - you need to gear up

You don't have to cheat to murder the deathsquitos. I had to pass through a section of plains to get to my main swamp in my most recent game so I was taking on the buzzing murder bugs while still having troll armor (Not grinding hours for a few points more in armor and no sneak bonus when switching to bronze). If you aren't yet prepared to take on plains, approach it carefully. Make sure you have at bare minimum over 100 health, and a good amount of stamina and/or the deer power so you can run like the squishy b**** you currently are at that stage.

Also bring a shield/buckler, hunting sea serpents is great for this game stage. They give great food possibilities and if you can get the scales, the shield made from them is especially protective against piercing damage. When you hear the buzzing get close, pull out the shield to block the bug, then immediately swing after it lands it's hit and boom, you now have a nice material for piercing arrows and one less lethal annoyance to deal with. If you are worried about your timing, just block it, put the shield away again and continue running into the neighboring biome. Mobs from different biomes tend to hate each other and will easily get distracted fighting each other instead of trying to kill you. If you are good with a bow you can also snipe the bugs out of the air. They are quite fragile, just fast and small so it can be hard to hit them with the bow sometimes if that doesn't happen to be your strong suit, but they do conveniently glow red giving you a pretty clear target even at night...they are just likely to notice you before you get a clear stealthy shot at them so you often have to hit them when they are rushing you.

You don't have to cheat to survive in Valheim. You might consider working on your patience and preparedness.

With just a little bit of training and the right gear, the Fremen took down the Sardaukar with frightening ease.

Well, in 279 hours of playing this game I've died a total of five times. Three were from being an idiot and jumping down from too high while building. One was to boss number 5 and one to a two star berserker. This would suggest that these insects you mention have indeed not been the cause of death to every player.

I personally found them to be the least dangerous enemy in the entire game, since all they require you to do is pay attention and either one shot them with a bow, or one shot them with a parry and smack.
