Read the instructions of that mod first. It's really flexible, and can reset exploration in only particular biomes, ie mountains. By default it won't reset within a certain radius around bases, but there are options for that if I remember.

There is no mod that "adds" frost caves. There IS a mod, that resets your exploration status on parts of the map, so that the game can populate the mountains with frost caves once you re-explore them.

You will have to do a lot of re-exploring, when you use this.

Ah okay. Thanks. I must have misunderstood. Ah well, I'll just find another mountain biome as I haven't found all of them yet.
