I don't think it is a bind issue. Sounds more like your keyboard isn't "enough rollover".
Try moving your jump bind to another device, like mouse's middle click.
If that allows you to jump, then your keyboard is the issue.

sometimes a keyboard has a limitation... for instance, i can only press 3 keys on mine at once. another one i used only allowed me to press 2 keys at once. after updating the driver for that keyboard i was able to do more. i don't think its a bug. especially since its a new setup you are running. i suggest trying to get the latest driver for your keyboard. if it is bluetooth, latest driver for that. if it's usb, make sure your motherboard usb drivers are up to date. if you do all of that in that order and still no luck, try a new keyboard.

If you are using the cheapazz keyboard that came with the Aurora, this problem is probably due to the keyboard's circuit design. Cheapo keyboards group keys together on common circuits which prevent multiple keys on the same circuit from working at the same time. Had the same problem in a different game back when I bought my R7. Switched to a better keyboard, and problem went away.

Remove any mods you have installed?

If it's a bug , report in the bug forum?
