The Queen isn't a problem. Try 2* dvergr or seeker soldier.

2* dvergr and seekers can ♥♥♥♥ right off, if you see one its a death sentence for the party if they cant run away. This thing will oneshot you regardless of food, armor and shield, and will take an entire battalion of men to kill

my server decided there wasn't any point to fighting the queen. all it gives us is a redundant boss power and the delightful presence of Starship Trooper bugs in our peaceful earlygame home bases.
