not able to do mods. just not interested in mods. why can''t you play the game as it was designed. I'm pretty sure you are just as smart as the developers.....making a game is not easy, its tedious. I will jump out and say, that I bet when the Valheim creators go home they probably still toss n turn with the game always in their minds. Like a child. In my old school opinion, just play solo, if you want a challenge. Nuff Said.

I'll play the game exactly how I want to. If that's mods, then it's mods. If that's vanilla, then it's vanilla. If it's with friends, it's with friends. If it's solo, then it's solo. If I was smart enough to create mods myself, I would do that. (I am smart enough, I'm just lazy AF.)
The developers don't have to support mods, and they don't, which is FINE. They will continue to develop the game as they see fit. This is ALSO FINE.
Enough said. Take the judgey stuff elsewhere.

they like the ideea of the game but its not quite the right taste for them. they mod to fix the issues they have.
Deal with it, or don't.

All by the fact that mods sometimes give a different look at the game. Sometimes players think that the game lacks mechanics and they make them in mods. I wouldn't be surprised if the players made horses and rams. what is not in the game. Although the Vikings had horses, as the same thing, it is necessary to move not on the same two legs. And sheep are wool and skins, past the horns. And I'm talking about such little things. not to mention anything big. For example, a greater variety of blocks, expensive wood, for example, why I can have pine floors. but they can't be made of fir or birch? or for example, I want a custom repository of my money so that a common structure would be obtained from several blocks and depending on how much gold I threw there, it would grow? Or, for example, I want constant meat assaults on my city, should I use cheats for this?

What's even your point here? People want different experiences, thus they mod. I don't agree with charging for mods against the developers wishes, but regular modding is fine, so long as it isn't affecting anyone else's experience. Adding mods is not the same as saying the game is bad, people just like different things, and I don't know why you think otherwise.

Games are created from the perspective of the developer. When that perspective doesn't fit with the player's point of view, then it's up to that player to find a means to make that perspective work for them.
For example, I use mods that improve my World of Warcraft gaming experience such as simplifying the UI, adding the ability to heal a raid (Healium) more efficiently, having the ability to make notes on the map, and allowing me to track rare animals for my hunter to tame. All of these things are not in the base game. Without these mods, it would take me too much effort to create a spreadsheet to do all of the stuff mods can do.
I'm not interested in mods for Valheim. I don't care how others play their game. So long as they're enjoying it, and they're not infringing on the developer's will on the game.

I just want to say I absolutely love your alias. Does a beautiful ham sandwich include cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes?

what are you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ talking about man? i honest to god have no clue. the devs said they were ok with mods as long as they're not locked behind paywalls. this means that mods are ok and even paying the mod creator is ok as long as its not required to access said mods. not able to do mods. just not interested in mods. why can''t you play the game as it was designed. why are you so angry that people would have an interest in modding this game?
