If you are not exclusively focused on sandbox/survival then Hellpoint could be something for you.

Pretty sure a lot of people haven't returned and will not do so until Mistlands or an actual major update happens.. which might be never

had a ton of gameplay and at the moment im a bit burned out because my job is exhausting
so im still on but mostly for building.
maybe i take a break but will come back to valheim sooner or later

Probably happened to thousands of people...but they probably don't read this forum.

Well its not like a replay would be much different as its not an RPG. No decisions to be made, other than to use a knife of a sword. I'm not a big RPG player so this game is perfect sandbox and building is fun. Though does reach a plateau after awhile. I don't like the swamps and so that area feels like a chore to me. Thought I was lucky as found 4 crypts in 2nd swamp I explored. That made 1/2 of my iron req. I could get by, armor is maxed but I want a few other weapons/shields in armor. Have to have the whole set you know. No crypts in last 2 swamps and with new abomination and increases spawn rates I suspect, its just a slogfest.

So I started a new charactor. Had my main build a decent base for him and gift some leather scraps to make the basic weapons. Didn't want to start naked again. But I feel game is best in meadows and black forest. Have him explore and he does his own hunting/foraging/mining. If he finds a mountain or swamp. My main comes in and explores that, until the new guy gets bronze.

I am looking for a new game to rotate in. That helps keep me more focused when I do play each title.
