My game logs are in C:\User\Username\Appdata\LocaLow\Irongate\Valheim.

You could try launching the game via command line and append >log.txt

Unfortunately, looking through the command list, doesn't seem like there is a way to save the console log. However, if you want to risk using a mod, BetterServerConfig might be something you're looking for.

I know this is for a dedicated server, but you can still try it for your solo game. Also, before you use mods, back up your LocalLow Valheim folder here: C:\Users\me\AppData\LocalLow\IronGate

When you cut the tree down you have a chance for a seed, use a cultivator to plant it.
