dedicated server not working because of app id
the app id keeps changing and that's the reason my server won't work anymore. Any suggestions i can try?

What do you mean the app id is changing? Havn't set up a server for valheim, but for every other game in steam, the id never changes.
Also it's only used for first time setup using steam CMD (again, as far as I know for every other game with a dedicated server).
