?!? The game is entirely free to play, once you bought it. Like in the good ole' times, when you bought something, you owned it.

Now you have to either give the publisher a monthly fee, so you can "rent" it, or you get it for "free" and then get spammed with tons of ads AND you will be nickeled and dimed through an in-game shop for every little piece of wood.

There was an article a long while back that said they were negotiating with a console developer, but nothing has come from it so far.

Afaik nothing has been officially promised. The possible console port (and the possible Mac port) most likely will have to wait until 1.0. So give it a couple of years and we'll see.
