How would you like it if I said that "I don't feel like grinding in Tetris for 1000 hours to get good, but instead I just want to cheat in 99999999 on the high score board and call it a day."

Tetris is about personal skill within a very specific type of game. Games like Valheim which allow people to use their creativity is well, about using one's creativity. Basically, it's a form of art. You should check out the videos here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/892970/videos/?p=1&browsefilter=trendyear

Many of these were built using a mix of creative mode and mods.

Alas, as Luponix mentioned, this is besides the point of this thread. ;)

Simplest turnkey mod manager for Unity games is here: https://thunderstore.io/package/ebkr/r2modman

I have similar difficulty working with Nexus. I did eventually get Vortex to keep Skyrim running but it fought me at every step.

Valheim doesn't support mods officially yet. They might as the game gets closer to version 1.0. So no, there is no Steam Workshop for this. Try Thunderstore.io.

Of course, all mods might break Valheim after every major patch. So if you don't want to risk that, there is no way to enable devcommands in multiplayer.

What you can alternatively do, is have one player spawn a bunch of things the 2nd player can just pick up and use. That way, while it's not full creative for everyone, at least, it's less work for the 2nd player.

This requires mods for multiplayer, sorry.

Still, if you start down that road there are some great ones for improving the building interface, like hotkeys to cycle through snap points.
