This game needs to have access to Workshop in Steam and not through some outside websites like Nexus and being forced to use vortex or such...
Its unbelievable that even to this day there are games on Steam that are not allowing Workshop usage but have outside Steam modding... What the fudge is the point in that? None, there is no point.

The point is that Valheim is in Early Access and the developers don't want to dilute their focus on mod support. Perhaps when Valheim is out of Beta/Early Access, that mod support will be supported.

Getting the workshop integrated is a huge pile of programming & admin that very few people have prior experience with. You don't just tick a checkbox.

Meanwhile it's a Unity game and modders have years of experience and a well established set of tools for dealing with those cleanly.
