I like the music overall. I just unfortunately have to turn it off most of the time because it makes for such an ear worm when I'm doing other stuff though.

I was watching a youtuber being critical of wow the other day and they had the valheim meadows music and I was like oh no.... stuck with me for hours. :P

I clicked off the option "continuous music" in Settings. I don't need music getting in the way of listening for enemies.

The music files seem to be missing from my game. No matter since, given the choice, I never allow music to play in my games.

Each biome has a different soundtrack.

Edit: well... can't recall if the unfinished ones do (haven't spent much time there). It's certainly not a single song through the whole game. I like them all.

Ambient sound is important for finding enemies and resources... and done very well... so normally I turn my music off especially when playing a game I am unfamiliar with.

With the number of hours I can sink into a game any soundtrack, no matter how much I may like it, will get stale to me.

I use the steam music player for background when I want it. But more often than not I would rather hear the environment clearly.
