You don't get it from Haldor (the Trader). It's a seasonal item, only available each winter, built from the Hammer menu that provides an additional +1 Comfort.

Yes, has been enabled in public test branch.

I just hope they make it so it doesn't require a patch each time a season changes

I've not heard anything yet but the yule tree in the debugmode - creative is really cool the lights actualy use revolving cycles around the tree lights they turn on and off very nice was thinking about placing them all around my perimeter scaring off anything that comes nearby lol
Its not spawned in it just appears in the furniture section when the carpenter tool is equipped.
