The last 3hrs in Valheim
I got the Krave and found it fast enough to try too reach the root of the giant green tree.
30mins
On my way I reached an island and saw a tower I wanted to have a closer look at.
Mosquito -> Dead
1hr
Build new Krave, sailed to a nearby island near my corpse, build bed and retrieved my old loot. Continued my journey.
1:30hrs
Fell off of the edge of the world
Lost my valuable bronze set, all my chitin and what not.
2hrs
Reconsider lifechoices. Came to the conclusion not to start from a new world all over and to continue this world. Begin to smelter all my left copper and tin to get some decent protection.
2:30hrs
2 Trolls attacked. Was not prepared at all. Tried to fetch all my tin and copper to make bronze and some armour. Trolls destroyed my smithing table leaving me with a stone axe. Killed me and then my whole base.
3hrs
Reconsidered lifechoices again.
Decided to start all over with this character on a new world.
Don't realy know how this works so I started sorting all my loot in chests to have an overview of my stuff.
At night get killed by attacking greydwarf brute and 2 normal greydwarfs who destryoed most of my chests again destroying the work of the last half an hour.
Decided to make this post

@Soulreaver: I know you weren't looking for tips, but if I may...
1. Don't fight raids while they're happening. You're going to lose.
2. A strong house is one of the most important measures you need to undertake. It will protect you from raids. You need to repair it from within while the raid lasts.
Once it ends... go out and smack them silly.

3. Troll raid? Run out and kite them away from your base. They will ruin it, if you're staying there. But then you already know that. Learn how to defeat trolls. Most important lesson this game can give you.
Why? Just why?
And I died to the trolls because I just fell off the world and had no spare armor in my base because my spare armor was used when I traveled to my corpse after the mosquito killed me.
I already killed 7 or 8 trolls and it was just a unlucky circumstance.
What is part of what made it so special.
Now please finaly stop it. I realy start to regret posting this.

fell off the world trying to get to the world tree too... the current was too strong, even wind in the back didn't help me from not falling off...

I loved op's original post. It's too bad there was some misunderstanding after that. You had to read the whole thing, down to the punch-line. (One of the secrets of life, I believe. Perhaps I will learn it before I die.)

Trolls must be killed with a bow.
Better if you've not a heavy armor (no movement penality).
If you try to kill trolls in cac mode... you'll always die.

I'm just sharing my experience because I find it very fascinating what I encountered in this short amount of time.

I ran into the seemingly automatic assumption that every thread detailing difficult circumstances is some kind of complaint, whine, or request for help myself when posting my last Swamp Entry experience. Glad to read stories here from other people about perseverance though the slings and arrows.

You can say that "help is not needed and not requested" that's OK and it's perfectly understandable.

I don't see where they were aggressive in their first reply to you. Sometimes one can realize that they made a mistake and admit it.
Edit: I was thinking about replying to the OP's post at first, but then decided against it, as it didn't seem a call for help or tips, nor a whine. I'm now glad in hind sight that I didn't.

This sounds like a fun idea. I think this game almost calls for something like this.
